Drool For Tools publishes tool tags, listed specs and buying notes. Power tools and machinery can cause serious injury. You are responsible for following the maker's safety instructions and wearing the protection they call for.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using droolfortools.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
2. What the content is, and tool safety
- Information only: tags, listed specs, buying notes and calculators on the Site are editorial opinion and published product-listing information, provided for information only. They are not engineering advice, structural consultation or a promise of how a tool will perform.
- Tool and machinery safety: saws, routers, planers, welding gear and power tools are dangerous. Read and follow the maker's manual, use eye and hearing protection and dust collection, and follow OSHA rules on a jobsite. Drool For Tools accepts no liability for accidents, property damage or injury from using or modifying any tool.
- Calculators: the pack calculator multiplies and divides the numbers you enter. Actual runtime is lower and varies with the work, the temperature, the tool and the pack.
3. Affiliate relationships and stores
Drool For Tools does not sell tools, take payment for merchandise or ship anything.
- Store links: product links go to independent stores (Amazon, The Home Depot and Lowe's). We may earn a commission when you buy through them.
- Prices and stock: prices, promotions, shipping and stock are set by the store and change without notice. Check them, and the return policy, at the store's checkout.
- Store disputes: any purchase, warranty claim, defect, delivery delay or return is between you and the store that sold the item.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's original text, tags, comparison tables, drawings and design belong to Our Landmen LLC and are protected by United States copyright and trademark law. Product photos belong to their makers and stores. You may quote short excerpts with credit and a link to the page; mass scraping, automated extraction or republishing whole pages needs our written consent.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful personal and commercial purposes, and not to:
- use bots, spiders or scrapers to copy catalog data, pages or feeds in bulk;
- try to get around the security, rate limits or hosting of the Site;
- send fraudulent requests through the forms or transmit malicious code.
6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Landmen LLC disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall Our Landmen LLC, its officers, directors or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or reliance on any tag, specification or link provided here.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming or Brazos County, Texas.
